Inclusive of all bodies, the practice components will also empower you to build from your own flexibility and strength in a progressive way.

Carly Stong

Carly Stong is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (ERYT®500) as well as the Educational Director and Lead Instructor at Yoga Teacher Training Kingston. She began her movement exploration as a dancer in her youth and pursued a post-secondary degree in kinesiology and health studies while concurrently completing her Bachelor of Education. She opened a yoga studio in 2011 and, since then, she has offered a contemporary perspective to yoga that is informed by science as well as experience. Her teachings are built on the pillars of critical thinking, anti-oppression, and empowerment and rooted in social activism. As a a passionate advocate for body positivity, Carly sits as a member of the Leadership Team with the Yoga and Body Image Coalition. Her approach to accessibility is modern and informed by a fully embodied and integrated experience; reframing accessibility as the default and not the exception. When she isn’t at home in Kingston, Ontario with her husband and young daughter, Carly fosters community and connection all over the world through her blog, workshops, classes, and yoga teacher trainings.

How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to all the practices for as long as you are an active member - across any and all devices you own.
How many new classes will be posted per week?
Each week, I will post at least three new classes to add to our ever-growing library. Classes range from a single pose to 60-minutes long. Some classes are recordings of my real-life classes and others have been filmed specifically for the online studio.. When you join, you'll have access to the whole library as well as these three additional classes per week.
